"BIG HOUSE"
Our house was built in 1825.
The kitchen for breakfast and our common room are on the first floor. and the bedrooms are on the second floor.- The sunny east-facing double room has a queen size bed, fireplace, and bathroom.
- The north-facing double room has a queen size bed and sauna in the bathroom.
- Our family suite has two rooms and bathroom. The main room has a queen size bed, fireplace, a couch that pulls out into a twin bed; the second room has a ¾ bed with a door between the two rooms.
Our comfortable common room has a fireplace, cozy furnishings, an auxiliary eating area with a microwave and small refrigerator for anyone wanting to prepare a light meal or snack. We have lots of puzzles, books, and games and a radio, but sorry, no TV -but we do have WI-FI internet.

Single: $100-130 per night / Double: $115-130
Family suite: $175-185 - up to 3 children, 16 and under.
$20/extra person/room
The higher rate applies to stays 9/13/13 - 10/21/13

Directly attached to the “Big House” ground floor, separate entrance.
- Living area with full kitchen and TV
- Bathroom with tub/shower and washer/dryer
- Bedroom has queen size bed
- Couch in living room pulls out into a queen size bed.
- Wi-Fi access
Sleeps 1-4 people.
Outdoor garden with gas grill and picnic table
RATES-DAILY
Single: $100-140 / Double: $130-140 / Two couples: $180
Family: $170-180 - up to 3 children, 16 and under
Two night minimum stay required.
Add $10 per day, if you want breakfast in the “Big House”
10% discount for stays of 7 days or more.

MEALS:
BREAKFAST is served family-style each morning at 8:30 a.m. in our large country kitchen or out on the back deck in good weather. Guests in the “Little House” are welcome to join us in the kitchen for breakfast for an additional 10% of their daily rate.
We proudly serve as much of our own farm raised food as possible. Our entire house has pure , cold deep well drinking water right from the tap.
LUNCH AND DINNER are available locally at several very good casual restaurants. Montpelier and Barre are just a 20 minute drive for more dining choices.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 3PM-7PM
(bring your slippers)
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a room. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
Our cancellation policy–Your deposit will be returned if notice of cancellation is given 14 days prior to the date of your reservation or the room has been resold. A 10% service charge will be deducted from your deposit. A cancellation that doesn’t meet these requirements can be applied to a future visit.
